Conceptualizing and implementing Business Strategies in the territory for accomplishing sales targets.
Maintaining an existing territory and develop better relation with partners in Channel market.
Sales & Marketing of Home Automation & Lighting Products via Project Sales, Interior designers, Architects, Stockiest & Retail Network.
Organizing Sales Promotion via Interior Designers / Architects Meets etc.
Organizing Sales Promotion via Exhibitions/Fairs etc.
Formulate territory plan, identify the target & achieve them.
Ensure customer service satisfaction & maintain good customer relations.
Offering customized Solutions to Customers.
Generate inquiries via personal visit and/or calls/emails, follow-up with clients & converting offer into orders.
Good Distribution Network.
Key Skill Set Required:
5+ Years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Home Automation Solutions (Automated Lightings & Controllers, Switches, Security Systems), Real Estate Market exp, Experience in corporate Sales, Building Materials, Direct and channel sales.
Good selling and presentation skills.
Can maintain excellent client relationships.
Both Male & Female candidate preferred.
