Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing of Home Automation & Lighting Products via Project Sales, Interior designers, Architects, Stockist & Retail Network.
Should be able to appoint distributors and dealers in unrepresented areas.
Organizing Sales Promotion via Interior Designers / Architects Meets etc.
Organizing Sales Promotion via Exhibitions/Fairs etc.
Offering customized Solutions to Clients.
Formulate territory plan, identify the target & achieve them.
Generate inquiries via personal visit and/or calls/emails, follow-up with clients & converting offer into orders.
Ensure customer service satisfaction & maintain good customer relations.
Maintains and represent good brand image of the Company.
Prepare sales & status reports & updates the functional head/office, colleagues.
Keep yourself updated about latest industry/market trends.
Self-starter and enthusiastic, willing and be able to work independently, follows-up with clients and reports regularly to functional head
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, local language knowledge will be an added advantage.
Should be flexible in travelling across India.

Desired Candidate Profile ---

2-3 Years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Preferably Home Automation Solutions (Automated Lightings & Controllers, Switches, Security Systems), Real estate, related industry to real estate such as Cement, Paint, Tiles, Hardware, Consumer durable.
Excellent communication, good selling and presentation skills.
