PROFILE NAME:
Designation: Business Development Manager Digital Marketing

Experience: Should have minimum 4 years full time experience in Sales/Marketing/Business

Development/New Client Acquisition/Revenue Generation and presently working in the same filed in any

Digital Marketing/ Web Development companies in New Delhi/Delhi NCR.
Gender: Preferably Male candidates as the job role will involve field work.
Salary: 7.00 LPA to 8.40 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate/ MBA Sales & Marketing

Job Role: Sales/Marketing/Business Development/New Business Development/Revenue Generation


Job Synopsis:

Should have good knowledge on Digital Marketing services.
Set up meetings and revenue generation by bringing in new business out of the company portfolio.
Work with team to develop proposals that addresses the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
Identifying trendsetting ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and
announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Discovering & exploring opportunity for Websites, Social Media, SEO, Graphics, Design, etc.
Understanding and advising clients on how to use Digital Marketing technology and services.
Understanding of Online platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts,
integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Managing portfolios of reputable clients, from various sectors by establishing and maintain regular and
appropriate communication with the key contacts for the client through meetings, emails and calls.
Ramp up new clients quickly and efficiently - meet requirements and set clear expectations.
Understand client needs in order to contact with appropriate product/services information.
Comfortable with deadlines and targets and should be able to work under pressure.
Should be able to achieve the marketing team and individual targets


Skills Required:

Candidate should have good Selling Skills, Closure Skills, Sales Planning, Market Knowledge, Presentation
Skills, High Energy Level, Direct Sales Attitude, Negotiation Skills, and Meeting Sales Targets.
Should have strong Analytical Skills with Internet
Should be fluent in English, Hindi & local languages.
Should be a good Team player
Should have good team handling skills.
Should be a go getter and have positive attitude.
Should be well conversant with targets and be able to work under pressure.
Should be flexible with work timings and be ready to work on odd hours also.
