They are system integrators of all types of Electronic Security & Fire Safety solutions and they are dealing with projects like Access Control System, Fire Hydrant System, Fire Alarm System, CCTV System, Public Addressable System, Metal Detectors, and Boom Barriers etc. For over 10 years, they are one of the leading system integrators in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon etc. As they are planning for the next level of Growth, they require more manpower.



Position Name: Business Development Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience

Qualification: Must be a graduate in any electronics background, with MBA would be more preferred

 


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Capable of handling day to day activities of Sales, Projects & Service operations

Fulfill the company sales targets with sales team, must be a consistent achiever on sales

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings

Planning and overseeing new market initiatives

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting the new ones

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

Attending conferences, meetings and industry events

Developing quotes and proposals for clients

Must have the spirit to work on Marketing and Sales for projects and AMC with end users, Architects, consultants, Builders, Banking Sectors, Educational institutions, Hospitals, Corporate and Government projects

Should have good communication skill

Must have two wheeler with all valid documents is necessary

The candidate should be aggressive to work in wide geographical area in and around Bangalore, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Telengana and Andhra Pradesh.
