Real estate is "property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this (also) an item of real property, (more generally) buildings or housing in general. Also: the business of real estate; the profession of buying, selling, or renting land, buildings, or housing.

Residences can be classified by if and how they are connected to neighboring residences and land. Different types of housing tenure can be used for the same physical type. For example, connected residences might be owned by a single entity and leased out, or owned separately with an agreement covering the relationship between units and common areas and concerns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-----

1. Manpower Staffing and Planning Under guidance of GM-Plant preparation of Annual Manpower Plan & Keep updated Organization Structure ( reporting structure ) on monthly basis.


2. Talent Acquisition
1. Ensure timely recruitment of Vacant position as per the approved Annual Manpower plan and Organization structure.
2. As per the Recruitment process ensure availability of Approved Manpower Requisition, Job Description for all additional or replacement vacant position.
3. As per the induction manual and joining check list complete joining formality & conducting induction & orientation program for all new joined Employee and facilitate them to settle down in the organization.


3. Statutory Compliance Ensure 100 % compliance to statutory requirement of the unit and obtaining due approval's, renewals etc liaison with concerned authority on timely manner.
4. Ensure smooth and harmonious industrial relation and taking preventive and innovative actions to avoid any unrest in the unit. (Exp Grievance redress cell, Conducting open forum meeting department wise, suggestion box, including employee welfare activity etc.)
5. Execution of Organization Talent management practices as per the guidance from Corp HR by providing JD for all positions, Quarterly PMS review, timely submission of Activity calendar for PBS Process and ensure minimal attrition with due attention on identified key and talented employee of unit.
6. Under guidance of Corp HR preparation of Annual Skill Matrix, competency assessment for identification of training requirement.
7. Facilitate Corp HR in Skill Gap analysis and preparation of Centralized training calendar, Organization development process (ERP Automation and other initiative).
8. Also conducting training program's and complete documentation, evaluation of training impact.
9. Complete administration of the plant as General Administration, Vehicle arrangement, Guest House arrangement, Contract Labour administration, Time office administration, Estate administration including housekeeping, security, canteen etc.
10. Ensure 100 % compliance to HR & Administration Manual.
