Job Title--- Regional Sales Manager
Experience--- 10 to 22 + yrs

QUALIFICATION - Any Graduate / MBA in Sales
Candidates should have experience, working as a Regional Sales Manager in TMT Rebar
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -----
1.Responsible and capable of Selling TMT Rebar
2.Area of Operations shall be at Eastern region
3.Should be energetic and capable of Travelling
4.Responsible to gather and share the Market Intelligence for developing Strategy keeping in view the Competitors
5.Should be able to meet the Quarterly / Annual Sales Target
6.To Monitor Company Sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Sales Performance on Quarterly basis
7.Sending MIS on Sales activities on Monthly basis to Management
8.Follow up Sales activities with existing Clients & developing Potential Clients Preparation of required Quotations keeping in view all relevant factors
9.Responsible for receiving and coordinating all Sales enquiries in line with the Company's Sales Promotion
10.Should have the ability to chase and analyse the reasons for failure of the Prospective Order, if any
11.Preparing Marketing and PR Plan on quarterly basis for approval of Management.
12.Ensuring collection of required statutory forms from the buyers
