This organization is a B2B Online procurement platform with an aim to make industrial purchases efficient & transparent. They have a curated E-commerce platform offering on Domain Expertise, Quality Assurance, Logistics a Purchase as a Service(PAAS) for enterprise clients.

Candidates should have experience work as a Sales Coordinator in any E-commerce platform

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -----


Duty: Taking customer calls for after sales service, following up on payments and delivery with vendors and customer.


Preferred candidate: lesser experience works, provided they have a zeal to learn. Candidates with lot of years of experience

  1. Co-ordinating a variety of customer accounts.
  2. Support the implementation of promotional campaigns to achieve sales
  3. Assist the sales team to ensure delivery of all campaigns and promotions are uploaded.
  4. Manage the day to day communication with the e-commerce businesses
  5. Process & manage sales orders.
  6. Dealing with customer requests.
  7. Maintain control of customer forecasts and help stock turn.
  8. Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and enquiries are responded to quickly and efficiently.
  9. Process backorders weekly and manage all facets of sales admin.
  10. Develop and build customer relationships.
  11. Produce customer reports to help the sales team.
  12. Provide assistance and support to our sales reps and agents.
  13. Work towards targets
  14. Ensure excellent levels of customer service is maintained at all time.
  15. Any other sales related duties.
  16. Are comfortable with MS Office, in particular MS Excel.
  17. Be self-motivated, highly organised and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines whilst prioritising a busy work schedule.
  18. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and oral), paying high attention to detail. You must be comfortable in dealing with people of all levels to build relationships, grow sales and increase brand awareness.
