DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -----
The key accountabilities of this position are:
Responsible for Direct and Rep sales
Support the Rep in the region to achieve the Plan.
Channel development to ensure market penetration, customer support, project winning, training, education and new customer acquisition to achieve sales objectives
Day to day follow-up on the projects being finalized from the sales funnel and actively participating in the negotiations to secure the orders.
Continuously being in the market place and keep a close watch on the new up-coming projects Jobs in hand with contractors, competitors info and organizing presentations and visits with the customers.
Interacts effectively with internal and external stakeholders and constituents
Works with end users and consultants to incorporate Armstrong specs
Identification and onboarding of new Reps / channel partners in new/unrepresented areas
Minimum 6+ years experience.
Should have handled a Region / Area
Knowledge of plant room applications in IT and industries.
Able to read and interpret schematics and specifications (PID diagrams)
Good connect with key decision makers in the end user,facility management companies, consultants.
Demonstrated PC proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing & presentation programs
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Regional travel required
