Job Title --- Shift In-Charge

Place of Posting --- Sankrail, Kolkata

Educational Qualification-- Bachelor's degree in Food technology

Report to --- Production Manager

EXPERIENCE

5 years or less of work experience  and sound knowledge of technical management 

Extensive knowledge of  cake bakery operations/processing /formulations

0% Nonconformity during Audit and  minimization of errors to negligible limits 

Knowledge of safety related issues in compliance with Company's safety rules & regulations

The ability to work in shifts, attend all the meetings, work in extended hours on occasions as and when required. Also work closely in a team environment with all associates

Experience in manpower management and solid knowledge of Labor Relations

Proficient in use of MS Office (Excel /Word)

Strong understanding of the principles of manufacturing, possessing management skills and has strong leadership skills
