ABOUT OUR CLIENT (Owner of this Job)

Client is a Healthcare Company incorporated in 2019 with focus on distribution of medical equipment / devices and looking to venture into manufacturing of medical devices shortly. The company has recently obtained distribution rights of ENT devices from UK, and acquired Novotron India which is into distribution of Kimberley Clarks (Halyard Health) surgical products in Karnataka, including Hospitals like Sakra, Aster, Columbia Asia and many others. Client was founded by Promoter Directors of Manjushree Technopack Limited which is South Asias largest manufacturer of Plastic Packaging for the consumer as well as pharma industries with revenue of Rs.1500 Crores and 8 manufacturing locations.


Position Manager / Sr. Manager Male Candidate
Age 35 45 Years
Location Bangalore
Languages Spoken Kannada, English, Hindi, other languages will be added advantage
Qualification Graduation in any Bachelor Degree / Diploma

Allowances Two wheeler expenses will be reimbursed as per actuals alongwith maintenance cost and any other allowances / mobiles expenses at actuals

Experience: minimum 4 years
Job Description:

1) Require smart Sales Manager with background in the medical / healthcare industry and having network of Doctors / Hospitals / Nursing Homes / Other KOLs
2) Will be required to manage the team of 2-3 people and will be reporting directly to Managing Director and will work at specified sales targets and profitability.
3) Will be required to travel extensively, minimum 15-18 days in a month within Bangalore City as well as outside as per requirements. May also require to travel alongwith the Sales Executive to various Doctors / Hospitals to give demo of various equipment and report preparation on a daily basis with clear target expectations.
4) Should be conversant with MS Word, Excel and Power Point and have excellent communication skills.
5) Will be involved in doing market research and presenting reports to Management on various new ideas proposed by management.
